Message There is a lot more to it than what you have stated Glenn. Your information is quite wrong. Please get your names/information right when you talk about all of this. There were a lot of things you failed to inform me about the cylinder heads you brought me originally. I absolutely did not tell you I was the head of the cylinder head dept. I told you I ported/machined heads in the cylinder head dept. Secondly...Gary was not in charge of the racing heads..he was in charge of OE rebuild and freshens as well as some engine machining.

I assembled your short block for you and delivered it to you in person so you wouldn't be out gas/time. You then took it upon yourself to tear one of the pistons back out of the block and then reinstalled it breaking the second ring putting blame on me. While all we did was replace the ring and send you on your way after having to tear your engine apart to clean everything because you installed a filth drenched oil pan that you took off your old engine without even cleaning it and bolted it up to the short block and blamed it on me in saying I had messed up your concentration or to whatever affect you made that statement. Ray didn't machine anything, he may have told you but he didn't even touch that short block. Myself and Bill the shop manager cleaned everything back up after you brought it back causing a scene in the shop putting blame on something that not only Ray didn't believe but the rest of the shop. I've never broken a ring in assembling an engine. You took it upon yourself to degrade not only myself but the rest of the employees at Raymac when a large percentage of what you did was the cause of the issues you stated. Your heads for example, you never told me they had gone through several over heating cycles and blew a headgasket. You didn't even want them surfaced from what I remember. You never paid for any porting but I took it upon myself to blend the bowls and seats after the valve job for you at no charge and when you made a big stink in the shop you made my co-worker port the head for you, while lying to Bill in saying you paid for porting when your invoice clearly had no porting on it. My boss couldn't really understand how you could walk back into a shop with so many problems when we didn't do no where near the amount of work you made us do when you were the one to cause more damage to your own engine. When I dropped your engine off I couldnt believe you even built an engine in there. You had your injectors on the garage floor, all the rest of your parts filthy laying around not even put up or kept clean..just merely strung about...not even on a towel or anything on the dirty oily concrete floor. You had a set of cometic headgaskets hanging on the wall that you copper coated and I asked you why you did it and you said you always copper coated your metal headgaskets but then lied to my boss in saying I told you to coat them when I had never been at your house prior or knew what you were using for a headgasket. The entire ordeal was a mess...yes some things could have been handled much differently and I apologize things didn't meet your standard but you certainly screwed me over as well as Raymac to fix your mistakes on something that could have been avoided if you took your time and at least called first. You leave out so many details to make it sound like you were the victim when in reality both of us were due to neglect. This certainly wasn't a one sided situation.

While I've been very forth coming in my dealings with so many ppl in person and via forums/emails...it still never fails that individuals want to bring up the past. I've kept to myself, I post more info than banter on this forum. I try to help, work on new parts, build/machine parts & engines and I haven't had a complaint yet with my business, at least my customers haven't come back to me with any issues.
